Description

This course is for anyone who wishes to understand more about imposter syndrome and how to overcome it, or for those wishing to support colleagues who are suffering with imposter syndrome. By the end of this course, you will be able to: identify the characteristics of imposter syndrome; identify the key drivers of imposter syndrome and those traits and situations that lead to vulnerability; recognise the impact of imposter syndrome on you and your team members; defuse some of the myths surrounding imposter syndrome; clearly articulate how your experience relates to imposter syndrome; list a range of tools and strategies for tackling imposter syndrome in yourself; describe strategies with which to support trainees, colleagues and other team members who experience imposter syndrome.
